Some student groups are against the proposed mandatory reserve officers' training corps program.<br /><br />Senator Bato dela Rosa though is pushing for it and expects the bill to be approved this year.<br /><br />He believes this will help instill discipline in students and improve their mental health.<br /><br />Eimor Santos tells us more.
